5G, a new era of the Internet of everything, with the gradual maturity of 5G technology, it has a profound impact on the way of production and life in all fields of society, with faster transmission speed, larger data capacity and wider coverage. 5G technology has opened up a new technical path for public security work such as security, emergency response, detection and attack, basic management, patrol prevention and control, and serving the people. Since the beginning of this year, the Suzhou Public Security Bureau has closely followed the forefront of 5G technology, jointly with China Unicom and other companies to explore a new model of “5G form” of intelligent policing, so as to realize the exchange of machines for manpower and intelligent energy efficiency. On August 29, the Suzhou Public Security Bureau held a press conference on 5G public security science and technology products, and officially launched three kinds of public security science and technology products using 5G communication technology, such as government service all-in-one machine, intelligent patrol robot, and mobile control sentinel, to show the public the latest achievements of Suzhou public security intelligent policing construction. Government service all-in-one machine, this is the first 5G government service all-in-one machine using state secret encryption transmission in the country, and it is the “star product” of this conference. The all-in-one government service machine includes two products: the public security network and the Internet. in a self-service terminal, it deeply integrates some public security household administration, traffic control, entry and exit services that cannot be handled directly through the network end and mobile phone terminal. It also highly gathers multi-police services that are closely related to the lives of the masses, adding a convenient channel for the masses to handle affairs. At present, the public security network all-in-one machine can handle residence permit application, residence permit replacement, ID card processing progress inquiry, driver’s license information inquiry, contact information change, violation inquiry, electronic monitoring processing, fine payment, six-year inspection exemption application, electronic visa self-service inquiry for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, self-service endorsement, self-service shooting and printing of standard documents, and so on. The Internet all-in-one machine can handle social security and provident fund business, and provide convenient services such as electricity payment and telephone recharge. In line with the principle of facilitating the people and benefiting the people, the first 30 sets of all-in-one machines will be officially launched in the relevant communities and party member activity centers in the Soviet Union area. Next, all-in-one machines will also be deployed in administrative service centers, convenience service centers, police workstations, police stations and other comprehensive business places with public security network resources. If the conditions are available in the later stage, they will also be deployed to office buildings, business buildings and other places to facilitate “office workers” to handle business.
Intelligent patrol robot can patrol independently 24 hours a day, remotely control the environment, personnel, vehicles, accidents and other elements of the inspection area for real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis, and carry out hazard identification and early warning. The robot is equipped with seven-way high-definition surveillance video, which can transmit high-quality voice back to the command operations center through 5G in real time. At the same time, the quadruple navigation security mechanism, 3D lidar, ultrasonic array, binocular stereo camera, TOF infrared sensor and several hardware emergency stop modules are available to form an omni-directional navigation safety barrier around the robot. In the process of autonomous inspection, the robot can intelligently avoid pedestrians, assist the police to complete the patrol task, effectively improve the alarm rate, and provide one-button alarm service for citizens. At present, the intelligent patrol robot has been put into use in the North Square of Suzhou Station. Mobile Sentinel Mobile Control Sentinel is a portable mobile card product, which can be understood as a “supercomputer” carried by the police at any time, which is easy to set up and can accurately and quickly identify suspects. When the “Sentinel” finds a suspect, it will automatically send an alarm to the special Bluetooth headset worn by the police. According to different requirements of police work, “mobile control sentinel” will play a great role in law enforcement and evidence collection, emergency command, security and other aspects. It can also be flexibly arranged in crowded areas such as pedestrian streets, stations, shopping malls, scenic spots and intersections to help public security organs quickly and accurately identify suspects.
In recent years, Suzhou Public Security has persisted in “invigorating the police through science and technology” and constantly asked for police strength and combat effectiveness from science and technology. in 2018, it innovated and released the top-level design scheme of “six-star science and technology police” with Suzhou characteristics and reflecting public security characteristics. A series of science and technology brands facing the actual combat of public security and leading their counterparts in the industry, such as “depth Center”, “Urban Shield”, “dynamic Patrol” and “Honeycomb Plan” have been created. After more than a year of testing, these products have played a significant role in the actual police combat. Today, the fresh release of three 5G public security science and technology products will further enhance the “data service power” of Suzhou public security for the people, the “data deterrence” for criminals, and the “data support power” for the police.
